Ballyfin Services
- Check-in time is 3pm, however, you are very welcome to arrive from 12 noon onwards to enjoy and explore the house and demesne.
- On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room no later than 12 noon and the demesne by 3pm. We would be happy to store your luggage should you wish to stay on into the afternoon.
- Ballyfin House, including all bedrooms and the Gardeners Cottage, are non-smoking.
- Dogs/Pets are not permitted in Ballyfin House or the Gardeners Cottage except for guide dogs.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required of the rates quoted at the time of booking. This may be paid by debit/credit card or by bank transfer; bank details are available on request. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email.
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Your 25% deposit is refundable if we receive notice of cancellation more than 14 days in advance of arrival date.
Vouchers
Ballyfin vouchers are available and can be purchased in monetary value or per night for overnight stay. We accept Relais & Chateaux vouchers - please mention when making reservation.
